I’m UK based and SIM Property are the third property management company I have used to manage my investments in Poland. The service I have received from SIM has been absolutely first class and massively better that the other two companies both of whom are big names in the industry. Being unable to speak Polish, it is important to me to have local contacts who have excellent English skills. Anna Grybel-Kloc is my main contact and both her written and verbal English is almost faultless and other Polish colleagues I have spoken with have excellent verbal English skills as well. They are all much better than my contacts at the other property management companies I used and my Polish bank also. Both Simon Tweddle and Anna Grybel-Kloc SIM have been very helpful over the past three years and have always respond quickly to emails and on more than one occasion have done more than they are obliged to do under the terms of the contract. Furthermore, they nice people as well! I would certainly recommend SIM Property and would give them a 10/10 rating.

They have done everything for us- found tenants, taken care of viewings, problems with tenants loosing keys etc, paying service charges, setting up electricity direct debits, completion of tax returns, and taken care of the sale of our Prague property, along with its many associated complications. I had been in touch with Simon a while asking about the possibility of Polish management as my current management company were really quite average and although honest (which is a start), only really offered half a service as i found myself having to check rent had been paid, arrange all sorts of tax matters, service charges and insurance which is a headache at the best of times. It seems Simon has all this sorted and simply takes over the apartment, sorts everything out and tells me at the end of the month the balance. This is perfect as it has saved me loads of time trying to figure out how to do bank transfers, when tax is due and amending standing orders should some service charge change. In a nutshell.... i can really recommend his company
