Spanish property repossessions and Dacion en Pago

Many of our clients (particularly from the UK & Ireland) own property in Spain, and unfortunately over the last few years (due to falling property prices, low rents and large mortgage payments) some of have gotten into difficulty paying their mortgages.

We are pleased to say that we’ve managed to help many of these clients successfully get out of trouble, and close things down legally so that they don’t face further recourse on debts in Spain. Dacion en Pago is one such route but is far from the only possible solution.
