How it works

Our processes are highly automated, due to our use of market leading software from www.rentflow.io, and backed up by an experienced team who are well versed in dealing with tenants and their payments.

We have PSD2 compliant connections with all major banks (in 31 European countries). Transactions are automatically imported from the banks several times per day and checked immediately, with any late payments chased up without delay.

Our service puts a layer of separation between you and your tenants, which also helps to reduce conflicts with the tenants.

Tenants get online access so they can see a full history of expected and actual payments, to avoid disagreements around payments.

Property owners have 24/7 online access to see all the payments in real time.

The fees we charge for the service are automatically calculated and displayed transparently online.

We can also collect and hold deposits as required.
