Property manager – Krakow

Sim Property is looking for a full time property manager in Krakow, who is dedicated to customer service, to look after our investor clients properties.

Responsibilities:

• Management of properties for rent (preparing rental contract and other documents, organising maintenance, debt collection, reconciliation of bills and deposits)
• Daily communication with owners and tenants in Polish and English
• Cooperation with teams outside Kraków and contractors
• Building and maintaining good relationships with both owners and tenants

Requirements:

• Excellent organisation of daily tasks,
• Orientation towards details
• Ability to work on his/her own
• Excellent communication skills
• Very good English both written and verbal
• Team player

Desirable:

• Experience in working in real estate industry, especially in property or rental management,
• License or property management grade
• Experience in working with clients both individual and corporate ones
