Property Manager – Prague

Sim Property is looking for a property manager in Prague, who is dedicated to customer service, to look after our investor clients properties.

Key qualities we are looking for include:

• Must speak fluent Czech & English
• Ability to learn quickly and apply oneself to new areas
• personable and dedicated to client satisfaction
• Ability to use a computer with ease
• Must be honest and reliable
• Well organised and efficient at administration
• Some real estate / property management experience an advantage (especially residential property management) though not essential as training is provided

Your Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Country Manager on a day to day basis
• You will learn about a wide range of aspects of residential real estate in the Czech Republic
• Everyday is different and there will be a wide range of people and tasks to work with
• Coordination of all aspects of our portfolio of properties in Prague
• Work with small apartments, houses to large buildings
• Dealing with tenants, maintenance coordination, utility companies, coordination of rentals, sales and so on
• Communication with both Czech and foreign clients, private individual and large investors
• Use of our online property management system
