Real Estate Agent – Warsaw

Sim Property is looking for a dynamic individual to help us grow our property portfolio in Warsaw.

Your Responsibilities:

• responding to the real estate needs of our clients (housing, investment, sales, purchases, rentals)
• communication with customers (phone, email, personal meetings)
• renting and selling properties from company’s database (exclusive listings)
• selling property management services to clients
• finding properties for rent/sale and conducting viewings
• preparation of advertising, keeping up to date advertising information
• conclude contracts with clients using our prepared templates
• looking for investment opportunities

Our Requirements:

• we are looking for highly motivated, goal-orientated, people with knowledge of the Polish property market, especially the rental market
• real estate experience preferred, 1 year min working as an agent
• must speak Polish and English, other languages welcome
• must behave ethically
• have a healthy self-confidence and a proactive approach
• willingness to learn new things
• bring their own ideas
• be time flexible
• ability to work on their own
• excellent communication skills
