Sales manager – Krakow
Sales / business development manager, Krakow, full time
Responsibilities:
- contacting property owners (leads) via cold calling, emails, direct messages etc with property management offer
- building database of private landlords
- closing contracts with clients and/or passing leads to local managers
- following up the leads
- occasionally attending meetings with clients
- reporting sales statistics and status
Requirements:
- Strong sales and communication skills
- Must be motivated and goal-orientated
- Ability to work on his/her own
- Very good English both written and verbal
- Sales experience would be an advantage
